A: No. You have the ability to cancel our services at any time.

Q: I already have a good building superintendent—do I need to use yours?

A: Absolutely not. In our Complimentary Assessment of your property, we’ll discuss how we can help, and you can choose only the services that work best for you.

Q: How involved will I be in day-to-day issues?

A: As involved as you’d like to be. Our working model includes shared decision-making and daily communication about any emerging issues.

Q: What do your services cost?

A: The best way to answer that question is with a Complimentary Assessment of your property. We can work together to determine a service program that works for you, and determine our fees based on that. Our fees are always fair, with no overtime or hidden costs.
